Cold Stone Creamery

One of the girls that works here, I’ve come in several times and her hair is all over the place. What’s the point in putting it in a ponytail if you’re gonna leave the entire front flowing and going all over the ice cream?.. Health Code and a rule I know this store has but I guess isn’t implying.

The Ice Cream wasn't bad just needed the right flavor. The guy didn't hear correctly when we said little tub not cone. The lady understood and got 2 out of 5 right. It was an overall good experience.

Love the ice cream ..but the costumer service horrible. Almost everyone has hair in their faces, and no one has a hat on to keep it out of the way! The second I got my ice cream there was black long hair sticking out. I asked for another one but she didn’t seem to be happy about it.The lack of care is extremely concerning.

Cold Stone Creamery in Nampa has more than just custom mixed ice cream with fruit and other toppings. But today I wanted a waffle cup of strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it was great! I'll let you decide if it was worth $9.52

I ordered my ice cream and when I discovered they missed one of the ingredients, they just shrugged their shoulders like "what do you want us to do about it?". Also, the ice cream itself had a kind of "stretch" to it when I spooned a bite, meaning it was old icecream that had been frozen too long. Worst experience at Coldstone I've ever had. Gold standard icecream my patootie! Should have gone to Baskin Robins down the road.
