Cold Stone Creamery

My daughter and I were going to our favorite Cold Stone creamery in Los Lunas. Upon arrival trying to enter the business a man in a wheelchair was aggressively panhandling making a rude comment to myself and daughter when I refused to give him money. I called the Cold Stone asking to speak with the manager to share my recent experience! The man on the telephone identified himself as the owner. I introduced myself by giving him my name and asked for his. I was trying to use his first name properly when I spoke with him. He continued to be rude, insolent, bad mannered and purely cold! Perhaps the "owner" should learn some polite phone etiquette and take responsibility for the patrons who shop at this store.

6:30 on a Saturday evening, 4 kids behind the counter: one girl eating ice cream, one boy mopping, and two girls were standing there watching the mop. Customers came in- we were not greeted and they paid us no attention. We left and took our business else where. Hope their manager/owner reads this.

I Will never go back. I usually avoid people and go through drive thrus. I decided to splurge and go inside and get a fancy cone. I got the smallest size of cookie dough and brownie in a waffle cone. Paid 7.25. It was melty on top but im not one to make a fuss. It was super hot in the store , so i figured that was why. I walked to my truck to begin eating to only realize, it was like a milkshake in my cone. Zero firmness to it. It was awful. Of course I tried to leave feedback directly to you guys but the link is mysteriously broken, so i guess you get a review. Waste of money.

Over reaching. So disappointed I wasted good money on cupcakes that were small, tasteless and way overpriced. The two stars are for the nice sales clerk.

This place is horrible and has no customer service skills at all. I orderd the silk chocolate almond milk in a medium size and the girl gave me a small so I told her I wanted the medium so she literally just took it back and put it in a medium cup and put a scoop of choclate on top and did not mix in the other toppings and when initially making it lost just about all of the bananas and then just left them out and chargerd me for it. Check out the picture of what it was supposed to be and what I got. She responded with the oh well attitude after I told her about and the regular manager with glasses said that was their procedure..laughable!
