Cold Stone Creamery

Stopped in today to grab a nice Valentines treat for myself and my girlfriend after a day of enjoying the holiday. The first employee (younger guy) was awesome. Personable, funny, and made it a great experience. He finished making my girlfriend’s cup and then proceeded with mine. As he finished portioning mine out, who I believe to be his manager came out and grabbed the utensils out of his hands, said “I’m doing this for your health” and chopped my portion in half. I’m a former collegiate and professional athlete, still working out 6x a week. This guy behind the counter was huffing and puffing walking between the condiment area and the ice cream counter. Couldn't get past the mixed up order 2 days ago...came back with the same order. This time it was right!! Thank you, it's perfect!

Ice cream was fantastic. service? yikes idk. We came in pretty late so maybe that's why? Employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. We were the only ones in line so they had zero sense of urgency. We knew what ice cream we wanted so it should've taken 5 minutes max in and out. But took 10 to 15 minutes. Maybe they were having a rough day mentally? I'm not sure, I'll be back because i'm an ice cream fiend so whatever lol. Still was coldstone so it was delicious and thats all that mattered. But getting it was quite awkward

I love this place! However I'm not supposed to eat ice cream, so if you don't tell anybody I won't. This cold stone is fantastic the staff is extremely helpful and willing to make any crazy combination you can come up with. They also have an incredible display of chocolate-covered treats as well as caramel apples! Don't miss the place!

I made my order and noticed when they were going to mix in that they had not cleaned the slab. I asked that they not mix in the stuff that I saw sitting next to my order. They asked about an allergy. I confirmed and they said they would make it in the back separate. However, they scooped the ice cream from the slab back into the main main container of ice cream. (Totally defeating any cross contamination concerns). They went in the back and mixed in my ice cream. When I got it there was a hair in it. I didn't say anything because it was already such an ordeal.
