Cold Stone Creamery

My husband and I went here for dinner and dessert this Valentine's day. They were very busy. We had Katrina help us with both our sandwich order and, later, our ice cream order. Despite the neverending line of customers, Katrina provided each customer she waited on outstanding customer service with a smile.

Every person in the store has been really respectful and helpful. One person in particular (Destany) was super helpful and provided me with exactly what I asked for. Destiny definitely deserves 5+ stars for her great work. Steve Fray

We always come to this location because how great the staff is. Today, Von was especially great. We came in with a good amount of kids and adults. Von was fast, extremely friendly and accommodating. We even had an infant and he offered to get us water for his bottle. Great guy and reinforces why we come to this location specifically. Thanks Von!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Kaelyn and Trina were so kind and helpful in their service. Absolutely made my day! If you stop by this location in Hiram I hope you get to experience their customer service as well! My icecream was delicious and made to perfection!

The restaurant was clean, the samples were plentiful, and the staff members were very friendly. Generally speaking, the menu is a bit complicated, but the end result is a very tasty treat, customized to your own liking. This is a great treat
