Cold Stone Creamery

Love this Cold Stone Location. The bathroom is a little scary and defiently needs renovation, but the staff is quick and friendly. Had a really good interaction with a cashier a couple of weeks ago. Atmosphere here is one of the best of any of the other cold stones in NOVA, plus, their rewards program software actually works, which I cannot say about some of the other locations.

I have been coming here for 3-4 years out of confidence of location. The wait is ALWAYS long. They rarely have enough employees to run the place. A lot of times the employees have bad attitudes. Just and over all terrible experience And in the summer time the product is melted like as you’re being given the ice cream. I’m just tired of it. This will be my last time ever going back to this location.

Went to this Cold Stone Creamy for the first time since I relocated to Va and what a huge disappointment for a small cup of pricey sweet cream ice cream. And what found as I was eating my ice cream where many chunks of solid ice cream. This was also in my husband’s cup of ice cream Also originally requested a hot fudge sundae but was told the management doesn’t allow that . Been to many Cold Stone ice cream creamery’s though out the county and this is tge absolute worse .

Cold Stone is always a treat. It had been years, but we made a plan earlier in the day. The combinations are endless so we got mostly standard combinations. I had the Founders Favorite and my wife had the Berry Berry Berry Good with French vanilla instead of sweet cream. Both were as good as expected.

I don’t know why there are two cold stone creamery at the same address in GOOGLE. One showing open and one closed. Great ice cream... Chocolate Devotion. Oh man! Heavenly 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
