Cold Stone Creamery

One can always count on Cold Stone's Ice Cream to taste delicious and that was still the case at this newer location. The store was very clean with a great selection. But the employees working there seemed like they were there as a punishment...no smiles, no thank yous. My husband and I ordered the same size of ice cream, and I got considerably more than him. Several folks came in after us, and the employees attitudes remained the same. Perhaps they need reminded that a little smile can go a long way.

May2025: 5⭐: I would recommend this location. My spouse received a flyer about this location in Flower Mound, so we decided to visit. This was definitely a designated cheat day. I found the location of the store in an open area adjacent to other new buildings in the area. There was a handicapped parking space in front of the store. I noted that there were plenty of other places to park in the parking lot. We parked and entered the facility through the front door. There was a single restroom in the store as well for public use. We ordered our items and watched as they were prepared to our liking. We consumed the items in the store and departed. No issues on this visit.

Always loved cold stone as a kid, my fiance and I stopped in after our maternity photoshoot and it was even better than childhood. Macy helped us and was absolutely fantastic! 🤗

I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of ice cream I received in my cup! I received a very big serving. I’m so happy to have a cold stone in town now! Everything was delicious. I especially love that they make themed ice cream cakes and plan on ordering them for my kids birthdays this summer

Izzy took care of us and she was amazing we had no idea what we were doing but she gave us the full experience and made us feel so welcome and it was so fun to create our giant ice cream together!! Huge thumbs up! Also this location smells AMAZING.
