Quick service and delicious options!! Birthday cake remix is my go-to!! My family also loves Apple pie ala mode cold stone!

First and foremost, I have not been to Cold Stone in a looooooong time. I always loved it and the plethora of combinations and toppings to satisfy any sweet tooth 😋 But, I have not been able to go. After stopping by this location, I am afraid of pending dentist visits because the service and ice cream were stupendous! 😁 Ashley (and another young lady) assisted my brothers and I. We were all very happy with what we picked out and how it was graciously prepared for us. We did not have to wait, although they had a packed house full of patrons ready 🍨 They were swift and efficient! Another plus 👌 Thank you for helping us put the ice cream 🍦 on the cake 🎂 batter batter batter ⚾️ We will be back for sure!

Ice cream is always great but the girls working here were miserable. It's an ice cream shop not a morgue. Not welcoming at all, very short with customers and just overall devoid of any sense of customer service. Didn't feel like the bathroom or sitting areas were very clean either.

Inconsiderate and bad experience for me. Tried to order a cake from here on uber eats. They don’t have it in stock I guess, but they called me to inform that they be swapping it with sandwiches which I denied and asked for a refund. They said they can cancel the order but won’t be processing my refund. Terrible way to force me buy stuff that I don’t want.

Staff is kind no matter who’s serving. Very nice Coldstone👍🏼👍🏼
