My friends and I always come to cold stone for our celebration cakes!! This one was for a spooky Valentine’s Day and they did absolutely wonderful!! Plus these are hands down the best tasting cakes around

Apparently at one time management did care as I noticed a review of a clean facility. This is my 4th visit it’s nasty, good helpful staff but again I don’t blame the workers it’s a management problem. The floors have not been mopped, the glass has not been cleaned and this is just the lobby. The restroom was better that’s a job Johnny but otherwise not even close to a clean. This place good be so much better.

I am only giving two stars because of cleanliness. The ice cream is good but this is the 4 time I have been here and the floors, walls, and handles are very dirty. The staff is friendly but they seriously need to hire cleaners or new manager! This is only for the Fayetteville location the other locations I have been to are all clean.

I ordered a cake for my 2 year oldest birthday party and they did AMAZING! In fact, the cake was gone before I even had a chance to get a picture. Fed everyone at the party and people even had 2nds. Every person I asked said it was the best cake they've had! And it was cheaper than going to a bakery and getting one. Not just the ice cream, but the cake part was well done! I will be returning for more in the future!!!

Super great icecream! Great choice of signature ice creams with mix-ins and syrups. Their sizes are huge and very filling generally. It’s a little pricey compared to other ice cream centers but you would definitely feel worthy of what you get. I always try their chocolate deviation which is my personal favorite and definitely a great treat for chocolate lovers. Friendly staff and quick service. I love coming here!
