This place is awful!! They have poor management!! They need to treat their customers with respect, they are very rude. Now I know why they have a low review. This location had Indian staff. I came here before and didn’t have a problem. It was a teenager that took my order and he understood me perfectly well. Had a horrible experience on Sunday, December 7. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The manager is rude and has no basic manners. They need to retrain the owners to have better customer service. Cold Stones premise is to make your own flavors. Ordered a specific shake and was given something else when asked to redo the shake again the way I wanted it then it was done correctly the 2nd time. After paying the man who I think is a manager he decided to give me a rude commen

This place is awful, the place smells like curry, the workers are disgusting. Honestly they need to shut it down. Their ice creams too expensive. Both the guy and girl who runs the store smell terrible once I’ve seen the woman blow her nose and proceed to touch the ice cream

I used to come here all the time. Haven’t been in a while. Will not be returning. The female employee making the ice cream had headphones in and was coughing and sneezing while preparing food. She also was talking on the phone. The male employee started making my order but then asked her to finish it, which I really was not comfortable with since she was coughing and sneezing a lot, she seemed sickly. Additionally, the male employee was packing up and it was very obvious they did not want to be there. When more people walked in the woman rolled her eyes. I asked for a lid and never got one. The woman was so eager to get me out of there that she skipped my phone number (I was there to use a reward) so I asked her to put in my phone number, she seemed annoyed. Overall terrible experience. I was not aware that this is the worst place ever the employees where trying to take my money bye saying that you pay extra for my friend and a other employee what on his break and just was staring at you when they ring up your order when I got my ice cream it was fine and then my stomach hurt and puked in the toilet graffiti on the door and a sign that says you need a pass to go aka you need to you ID to poop Ryan Trahan can’t even make this place better.

Staff super unhelpful. Establishment was so unhygienic. Bag had a used, uncapped tube of neosporin and bent, possibly used spoons. When asked to switch bags, they were about to give me the same spoons until specifically asked for new spoons. Also forgot part of my order. When I went back they were dismissive of my messed up order. On top of all this my icecream was melted before even leaving the establishment which made the whole ordeal worse. Sad.
