Cold Stone Creamery

Disappointed !!!! Had dinner at fire rock , no dessert so we could go to cold stone. Walked in sat night at 8. 1 person in store. Horribly rude young blonde girl told us to get out that she was not taking customers for 45 min because she had 6 online orders to do and that she had the authority to do so. She turned down 8 in store customers. Two people working. Why can’t one do the online orders and the other take customers? She turned down $ was rude and I will never go back. Sad first experience at my local cold stone. I hope the franchise owner of this store reviews this post , her behavior and the lost of customers.

Had great service here tonight (2/2) Eric helped us out and his overall presence was such a vibe, he was so friendly helping our kids pick flavors, even made a recommendation and our son loved it!

Great spot to find some tasty delights! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Everything here is top-notch! The only 2 complaints I have about this location is the 1) they don't accept Apple Pay and 2) there is no where either inside or outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Neither are "deal-breakers" but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I had a Reese’s Peanut Butter Shake, it was delicious but a little pricey. The staff there was very friendly and personable.

The young ladies are very attentive and polite. The store is clean, and there was no wait. A must if in the area Never a bad time for ice cream!
