Cocina de Carlos

Fantastic Mexican cuisine! Had no clue this place was here, traveling through and sounded good so we stopped in. Staff was excellent, decor was beautiful inside, and the food tasted authentic and so delicious!!

We love Cocina de Carlos!! We live in Columbus Ohio but when we're in town we make it a point to stop! We love the meal served inside a pineapple! The salsa is amazing as well! Fantastic atmosphere and decor and always good service! Highly recommend

This place....this place.....is absolutely AMAZING!!! Being an out of towner and first time customer I am in LOVE!!! This Lil slice of Mexican heaven is located in the cutest of building with other attached business's. From stepping out of the car the first thing you smell is deliciousness and it's the same when you leave. We came a a fairly normal dinner time and even tho the place had business it was not crowded or overly loud. The interior is rustic with exposed beams and woodwork. It gives an upscale feel without an upscale menu as well!! Everything we tried was better than anything I've ever ate an any other Mexican restaurant. We were seated quickly and given proper time to look over menu 😋 The refried beans are the best I've ever had. The whole experience was amazing and next time

Love the stuffed pineapple with shrimp, rice and beans served in a small tortilla shell very cute! All was delicious. Our waiter very nice, attentive.

Had the fried enchilada, it was amazing. The service was top notch. Ans the environment was very unique. Had a good time and left full. Both me and my girlfriend. With a tip $44. All around great experience.
