This place used to have genuinely solid restaurants, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I went today and ordered Spam musubi and miso udon with bulgogi, a combo I have had here multiple times before. This time it was pathetic. The beef was badly overcooked, and the noodles were so soft they were nearly falling apart, turning the dish into a mushy mess. The Spam musubi was just as disappointing, buried under an excessive amount of rice, and while there was sauce, it was bland, and completely lacking the umami and flavor that makes the dish worth ordering. I addition to that there were three other party members. We didn’t find out that they couldn’t make their dishes until after I had received my food. If you are soley going to attend an event you might be good. If you are going for one of the food places Save yourself time and disappointment. Go to Gaia Masala & Burger its a short walk north on Tejon the food is amazing service is good and most important they are consistent. We have gone on multiple Saturdays around 2pm and no one is behind the counters. No one is cooking food. The toasted bunz spot has a sign saying to order at another food spot and then no one is there either. Trusting your order into a tablet just to wait on someone to maybe see it is a risk we didnt even want to take. We have gone and the food places say open online but they are closed in person. I wont ever drink there again either bc the bar charged someone else's tab to my card twice a year back. The staff that

The place is very lively, with lots of music and numerous food options to various styles and interests. The one downside is that there are very few vegetarian options. Parking can be a bit challenging; it's best to use the paid parking lot or prepaid street parking. Unfortunately missed to take pics of other places. Overall, it's definitely a place to visit for dinner when you're in Colorado Springs.

I get what they're trying to do, and the food, atmosphere, and service weren't bad, but if you say you open at 11:30, you'd better be ready to cook for people at 11:30. Out of all the options, only 1 place was ready to do more than drinks, and even then they were still scrambling to get set up. Very disappointing. I will probably give it another shot at some point, but currently have no desire to return for lunch.

Vibes, vibes, vibes. The setup of these places is so great and when it's done right, it's amazing!!!! My husband went to the burger joint, he got a double cheeseburger with bacon, I got the kimchi ramen. The music that plays isn't too loud, and is eclectic. Every employee was super awesome there!!!! Absolutely love that place!
