Coasters Brew Pub

Coasters doesn’t look like much from the street. It seems to a bar in old ranch house surrounded by a parking lot, but don’t overlook this place. It is less of a bar and more of a nice American Style restaurant. The servers are kind and prompt. The food is tasty and well priced. I have had the Fish and Chips and the Shrimp and Chips. Both hit the spot. The beer battered fries are exceptional. I have stopped in for lunch and dinner. I am surprised to see this a place where adult families dine. There are some TVs there watch the game and a video poker room. It is not close to my house, but worth the time when I am in the neighborhood.

What a fantastic spot with an amazing and comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. If you’re a fan of casual dining, this place is perfect. One of the highlights has to be the chicken tenders—absolutely delicious and a must-try! Whether you’re there to catch the game or just unwind with a beer, Coasters has you covered. The vibe is laid-back, making it an ideal place to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy some good food. If you’re in the area and looking for a great place to watch sports or just hang out with friends over a cold beer, this place should definitely be on your list.

Friendly and efficient staff. Surprisingly good kitchen too. I'm a regular due to its proximity to my house....I have had almost everything on the menu, never been disappointed. Things to be on the lookout for: Brisket mac n cheese Prime rib Corned beef n cabbage Daily clam chowder Club sandwich. You're not going to find a better quality meal for the price in the entire metro area.

We just moved back to Milwaukie and haven’t tried Coasters before, so we stopped in for lunch. Food was alright, service seemed nice, we ate, got our check, and I had tipped what I thought was appropriate (20%) - but I guess what I wrote on the tip line was not enough, so the server took it upon themselves to adjust the tip to 33%. I waited until the transaction posted and was surprised to see they had charged me more than what I agreed.

I had such a delicious oyster po boy sandwich with tater tots for a side here. So unexpectedly awesome. I wish I lived closer so that I could try other items on the menu. I was here with four others and everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was top notch, welcoming and friendly. No complaints from any of us.
