Such a nice place to stay!! Super clean, updated home, in a great location. 10/10 highly recommend staying here. The host Eric is amazing, very responsive to any questions or concerns. You can tell he cares about the upkeep on the home which makes such a difference.

The week I spent at Erics home was amazing, the neighborhood is quiet. Eric was always quick to respond with questions I had. His house is within walking distance to everything that was needed. I have stayed in quite a few homes in San Diego. Eric's is by far been the best host I have had to interact with.

Beautiful home and lots of thoughtful ammenities. My kids had a blast in the pool and backyard! Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional value, great location in a quiet neighborhood and lots of flexibility for multiple guests. Outdoor entertainment area is great and well maintained.
