Coach's Neighborhood Grill Biscoe

This place exceeded our expectations. The service was great. We ordered pretzel bites appetizer, and I swear it came out within 5 minutes! Then our food came out and wow. I got the new Orleans pasta. Very flavorful. Big portion. Came with a salad and a bread stick. My wife, who always loves a good club sandwich ordered the triple decker club. Clubs are good and all, but just not my thing usually. Holy moly was this thing big! Came with a large order of fries. Overall we really enjoyed the experience.

My burger was good, the fries are ok, but the service we had last night was terrible. Waited almost 20 minutes until our waiter finally put down her phone long enough to come get our orders. Didnt see her again after we got our food. The people that came in 10 minutes after us got their orders taken and their food before we got ours (different waitress) its always a disappointment coming here and I keep trying to give them the benefit of doubt. There's the one waitress that actually looks like she wants to be there and the others are just collecting a paycheck.

Food was good. Waitress started out good then completely ignored as we waited to pay our bill. She was too busy talking with men at another table and getting on her cell phone

I recently visited Coaches Bar and Grill and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The service was impressively quick; my food arrived hot and fresh in no time. The efficiency didn’t compromise the quality at all, as everything tasted great. However, I did notice that the woman’s bathroom wasn’t the best. It could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Despite this, the overall experience was still very positive. Coaches Bar and Grill is a great spot for a satisfying meal with excellent service

Food is good. The problem is the service is horrible. The “manager lady” is very unfriendly and argumentative with customers. She and I he other workers stand behind the counter on their cell phones. Simple things like refills or a knife is always a huge deal with them. So so so unfriendly. They been here for years and hasn’t changed. I’ll not return ever
