Bojangles

The chicken is always chewy and hard as a rock, and that's with fast food standards. Tea tastes like lake water. It seems as if the grown adults who work there can't get an order right to save their lives. They are extremely incompetent. The food used to be good pre 2022, the quality has definitely depreciated. Go to Troy’s Bojangles if you want better service and food quality.

Today is my last visit to this location. Second visit in a row that the tea tasted very weak and a weird flavor... also. I don't know why, but they never give me a reciept, maybe they dont want people doing the surveys. Service was slow... my meal was ready, but everyone was just standing around.. the girl that waited on me went to the back for a few minutes and then was filling lids all while my meal was done, sitting on the back counter and I was waiting at the front counter for it... about 4 minutes standing there waiting. The manager just walked through not saying anything to anyone. Seems to be some leadership opportunities at this location! Good Luck.

Update went last week person bagging our food didn't know what went in the box so the manager helped her but when we got home we were short our slaw. Then we went last night we were overcharged $17 manager corrected it when we got home we had 2 half gal. Unsweetened tea we ordered 2 sweet. IDK Whats going on there. We got 2 tailgate specials one was very good and fresh but the other one was not it looked like it had been sitting awhile.

Just got home from drive thru. Opened my meal and the bo bites are completely cold and hard as a brick. My last trip there. I would be ashamed to send out such food. Lesson learned.

Dining room said to be open at 5am, arrived shortly after 6 and both doors were locked, trailer would not fit through the order lane so I pulled to the window and asked to order there since my vehicle wouldn’t fit at the order sign, the lady (with the janky teeth) was very rude and would not let me order food, she told me I had to order at the sign. When I explained why I couldn’t do that she shrugged her shoulders and acted like they didn’t care for our business. The Waffle House across the street will have our business from now on!
