Clutch on the Canal

Food was okay, fries were cold (seemed like the were yesterday’s fries) Fried pickles were good but could use more of an outer coating. Chicken quesadilla was pretty good.

Top notch service. Unique and diverse menu. I got the birria bowl and it was delightful. Their bleu cheese is also really tasty! Also, solid pickles.

It’s all about the canal side patio. You can eat inside but the canal is a free floor show. Boats , kayaks and bikes across the way. Smash burger was excellent, fries could have been a tad more crispy. Bang bang Shrimp were also excellent. Will be back.

Had a great experience at dinner today! Food and drinks were amazing, the server was great and the restaurant was clean, spacious and inviting. I had the clutch plate and the hot meat sauce was amazing. By far the most unique hot meat sauces I have tried and I loved every moment of it. Also presentation of the plate was amazing. Definitely a top 5 plate for me! My wife had the clutch cutlet and she said it's one of the best chicken plates she has ever had! Will definitely be back!

High school cafeteria food for gourmet prices. Go to McColleys across the street. First, the place smelled like moldy basement. Second, the food…it was room temperature to cold. The nachos were stale and the fries and tots seemed like they were fried that morning. Not only that it was flavorless. It’s really really hard to mess up bar food. The secondhand smoke I inhaled in the parking lot tasted better. I’m not kidding when I say I can’t remember a worse food experience in my life.
