Clermont County Public Library - Amelia Branch

A wonderful library for those just starting to read or go to the library for the first time. Its small, easy to navigate, responsive to requests, and the team is always willing to help. The perfect transition for someone looking to become more comfortable leaving the house, or go to the library without feeling intimidated. Also always responds to holds very quickly!!

Haven't been to a library in years (sad to say), went in to get copies of some documents of mine and the library clerk was very helpful on showing me how to operate the copier. It was quiet like it should be and had a nice welcoming atmosphere as well.

Fantastic people and wonderful selection of books, including new releases.

Incredible facility that deserves more funding. The staff is helpful, smiling, clearly loving what they do. The selection is great, and there are so many resources beyond books. It is a place of community and it's important to show our support. Thank you for existing.

I grew up in the Clermont county library and have been going to them all since a child. I also grew up in a hair salon. The library smells like burnt strands which I assume is the plastic hair for 3-d modules which is a great invention, on the downside it's turned the library into a plastic factory and I think it's unsafe for being there long term. Maybe consider putting it in a room with a vent instead of fuming out the workers, patrons, children etc. I think it's releasing stuff that's messing with everyone's endocrines. For folks sensitive to smells and chemicals I do not recommend staying here longer than 30-60 minutes it's making my head tingle.
