Clean Eatz

The bowls at this restaurant are for people who don’t believe in flavor. The veggies were made with zero seasoning. My bowl was ok only because I got breaded chicken. My daughter got a bowl with regular chicken and it was extremely dry with zero flavor. The reason I’m giving three stars is because of the blackened salmon wrap. The wrap tasted better than the bowl. If you’re a health person who likes clean as in food with nothing on it this restaurant is perfect. If you like even a little seasoning you may want to think twice.

I had a most delicious bison burger. I tasted the different flavoured water. I recommend the grape. The owner is so friendly. She even gave us some dark chocolate fudge. I will be on the lookout for more of these as I believe it’s a chain or a franchise and I don’t live in Dover. If you do, you need to discover this healthy option.

As an older woman who’s been to many cafés over the years, I can honestly say my visit to Clean Eats was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the kind of place where you feel comfortable the moment you step inside. What truly made my visit special was a lovely young lady named Madeline who assisted me. She greeted me with such kindness and patience, taking the time to explain the menu and help me choose something that suited my allergen needs. Her warm smile and attentive service made me feel genuinely cared for, which is something you don’t always find these days. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with clear attention to detail. Every bite reminded me that healthy meals can still be absolutely delicious. P

1st Time and the food was Delicious! I ordered the BUNLESS meal, since I am not able to have bread or carbs at this time. I substitute the Sweet Potatoes Fries with the Seasoned Steamed Broccoli and it was a great choice! And they do MEAL PREP! I LOVE IT! I highly recommend this place for your Breakfast, Lunch, and/or Dinner -- especially if you are about that CLEAN EATING LIFESTYLE! ((YUM)) I will be back!

Stopped here after passing it so many times and was blown away! Super busy which was amazing! I’m sometimes weary of “clean” food because of the bad wrap it gets of flavourless, bland, etc. I put my reservations aside and tried these spicy shrimp tacos and oh my god did they deliver!! They were so amazing and my favorite. I haven’t been able to plan a trip back since then but I’m counting down the days till I can! On top of the food the staff was amazing and friendly, answered any questions I had, and recommended their favorite dishes as well.
