Classy N' Sassy Coffee

My family and I stopped on a Sunday afternoon and there was a line but usually not a bad wait. Today it took them over a 1/2 hour for us to get to the window with only 3 to 4 car in front of us. The other line moved with ease and 5 to 6 cars made it through before we made it to the window. 2 cars in our line left due to the wait. They did not apologize for the wait or offer an explanation. I have gone to them for a long time and this was the most ridiculous wait and service I've ever had. They got even got a drink wrong. I won't be returning any time soon due to service.

These girls are extremely polite and great at their job. Doesn't matter how busy they are they treat everyone the same. Great selection of drinks and snacks

The last three times that I have visited this establishment, I have been given a COLD breakfast sandwich. This is severely upsetting when I am trying to eat on the go, and end up just tossing it in the garbage because I would rather not eat a cold egg, even when it costs almost $6. The white pumpkin latte that I ordered the other day was severely disappointing. It tasted like sweet milk, I felt like there wasn’t even coffee in it. It is also very uncomfortable when I am verbally asked if I would like to leave a tip. Even if I am not satisfied with the service, the awkward confrontation always makes me feel uncomfortable and obligated to tip. The more that I visit this coffee shop, the more I am reminded of why I shouldn’t.

If you don't know what you want just ask they always help me find something. I love Chai and the maple chai I was recommended was so good. Very sweet but that's kind of what I wanted. The employees are always so kind too. I like to support the little guy.
