Please fix your online guest bill pay, last name input, specifically. It locked me out of my account temporarily because when typing in my last name, it refused to acknowledge it, thereby disabling my online access. Thank you.

Always very responsive, and I was always greatly appreciative for how they would collaborate with me when I would organize Adopt-A-River cleanups (when I lived in Hopkins years ago) along Minnehaha Creek if there was an item such as a tire or a car battery that I found that would be illegal to toss in the garbage. They would happily come swing by my place and pick it up since I was doing the city a service to clean up trash and beautify the creek and preserve the ecosystem throughout it. I have only positive things to say about this department! I also love that they annually (last I checked at least) sell rain barrels to residents too! Think Hopkins, think responsive and effective local government.

We are so happy the City has the bulk drop-off twice a year. They take good care of our City.
