Don’t expect them to actually be there doing their job. Not only do they rarely answer the phone, but if you leave a message don’t expect a call back. They fly through the city and very rarely do they stop at stop signs, even near the schools. Aside from that, don’t expect actual knowledge when asking questions. Since apparently erosion is caused by trees (what was told to me by an employee) even though basic 6th grade science teaches a directly conflicting lesson regarding erosion. They don’t care about you. They don’t care about their jobs. They get a pay check and don’t do much else. Have called twice about a new garbage can , and still haven’t received one. My lid is almost torn off, one hinge is completely broken. I’ve watched the truck picking this up to dump and also setting them back down. Don’t know if it is the operators fault are the truck equipment, but these cans take a beating during the dump process.

I hate doing stuff like this, but I'm starting to take this personal now. If you guys can not pick it up please just leave it there for me to put in trash can, attempting to pick it up and then figuring out you cant and then just throwing it back down is horrible, not only am I disabled but I have no assistance in picking this up

the company vehicles are always flying through my neighborhood and they like to disregard stop signs.
