I'm not quite sure which City Hall Bathroom I'm being prompted for. I walked past one on the street. Very slick and modern looking with a secure door. I was very impressed that City Hall put a bathroom out on the street. I did not use it but I did walk past it and remember being very impressed.
Not 24 hours. Closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night
Great spot to use the toilet.
