Citron Bistro, Hobe Sound

I've ordered to-go here quite a few times. Although I haven't dined in, from what I observed, the service is very attentive to guests. Staff, service, and food is great!! In my opinion, lunch pricing is fair, compared to other restaurants in Hobe Sound. I love the 2 pick for $16 option. When I picked up my to go order on 2/13/26, the female owner was on the phone confirming customer reservations, while one female waitress asked if I needed utensils and then about 20 seconds later the male waiter who took my order, asked the same question (he was serving other guests, so he did not know I was already asked). The owner chimed in and said that she loves how everyone is so good at their jobs! What a sweet compliment to give your employees!! Definitely helps build confidence and a great work e

Solid place. Amazing service! everyone was welcoming, kind and accommodating. Complimentary bread and it was A OK. Warm spinach and artichoke dip was a HIT! Def recommend. Chicken Marsala was good but the chicken tasted too much like char. The braised beef was decent. The beef had too many pieces of “fat”, parts which I didn’t enjoy.

Sorry to break the overall enthusiasm but really not impressed at all. The waitress with the first initial J so management knows who I am speaking of is in the wrong industry! Personality of a rock. She has an uneasy uptight and unhappy attitude. Not rude in any way just clearly not happy to be there working She took away our app without asking if we were done. The plate was half filled with Arugula salad we had yet to finish. It happened in a flash. My real issue is we both had the swordfish special. Positives were fresh and the soy glaze was nice. Swordfish dries easily and you must use a thick cut. This was less than an inch thick and absolutely overcooked, both plates, A real shame and not enjoyable. Caesar salad beyond mediocre. Lastly the tall friendly manager I assume

This place is the best. This was our fourth time coming and it was amazing each time. The bussers and the servers are all so friendly, the atmosphere is so comfortable, and the food is incredible. It has a home cooking feel that not many restaurants have nowadays. Highly recommend

I drove by this restaurant with a friend on the way to west palm beach. She raved about it- so had to try! We walked in and immediately was impressed- beautiful, clean and they created the most amazing outdoor space. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, who directed us to our table. We chose to sit outside- which was wonderful on a cool sunny day. Our server welcomed us immediately and offered to bring beverages. The wine list is very impressive- I chose a lovely sparkling rose from the Alsace region- very delicious. My mom ordered the portobello burger with fries and I ordered the mahi tacos. The portobello burger was delicious (per my mom) and fries excellent. The mahi tacos were ok- felt that the mahi was dry versus moist and juicy. Thinking this may also have diminished th
