Ciro's Pizza & Subs

Ordered the $7.25 Stromboli lunch special which included a drink. Great price, great portion and even better food! I’ll be back! Oh, could’ve used plastic utensils, a napkin and a larger marinara.

I preordered through the Slice app at 4:20 pm for a 5:00 pm pickup. When I arrived at 5:00, I was told my order had not even been started due to an issue with Slice. The restaurant said Slice had called them about the order before I arrived, and Slice later told me Ciro’s didn’t confirm the order on their end, which was part of the problem. What made it worse was the attitude at the counter. The young woman at the front was rude and dismissive and told me to “take it up with Slice,” instead of offering a simple apology or showing any urgency to fix the situation. I was quoted an additional 20 minutes, but ended up waiting almost 50 minutes past my pickup time. And then the part that honestly makes no sense: the food was cold when I finally received it. Coming from a Jersey girl, their dough is amazing! Due to a power outage, I was unable to heat up my leftover calzone, but I really wanted to eat it. Much to my surprise, the dough was just as soft and tasty as it was fresh. Will definitely come here when I visit Galax again.

Moved back recently after living years in the Northeast... I'd have to say I had better pizza in public high school (iykyk). Mostly bread with the smallest amount of cheese/toppings I've ever seen on a pizza. I've had better frozen garlic bread. Wings were ok. Probably will never go back. 9/30

Ordered and paid online. Placed a $40 order. When I picked up the order I asked for 2 cups of ranch and was told I would have to pay an additional $.75 per cup. No ranch included with the food order!
