Cinnamon Bear Creekside Inn

We stayed in the cottage recently, and were very happy with this choice. In town for the wine and food, so we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel room, but the bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing for CA standards, and the temperature was easy to control with a remote. TV has access to cable, so all of the channels you would need. Alicia cooked us a wonderful breakfast every morning, and they had a daily wine tasting to kick off the evening. We like to walk, so it wasn’t bad to walk a flat mile to the town square with lots of shops and restaurants. Safeway is just 1/2 mile away. I felt very safe walking through the town, and they have a fun farmers market on Friday morning. There are a few state parks nearby with great hiking trails, and it’s worth spending a day heading

This place was brilliant! It was our first B&B experience and it was amazing. The room was cozy and clean, and we had the best sleep on the bed. The bathroom was beautiful and the tub was so big, I was stunned. There was complimentary wine tasting at 5. The breakfast in the morning had a nice homely touch. We were so close to Sonoma downtown so we walked in and out exploring Sonoma! This place was priced well and we had a great B&B experience paired with an amazing time in Sonoma as well. It's fairly close to Napa, so we checked out from here and headed to Napa Valley Wine train. I recommend trying to check-in when there's some daylight so that you can drive into the parking lot easier. The entrance is very close to the end of the Sonoma highway before it exits to another road. I missed

A minute drive from downtown Sonoma and 15 minutes from Napa City, Creekside Inn is located in the heart of Napa Valley. The service is excellent with the friendliest staff and the cleanest rooms and towels. The afternoon gathering of guests with wine and snacks was a nice touch for guests to get to know each other. If I have to nitpick, there is no pool on the premises but the garden and grounds have lots of places to sit and enjoy the day. Overall, a great place to stay.

Drove to Sonoma for a family birthday and was excited to try this inn. We were checked in and greeted by a very nice person and then shown to our suite which was directly connected to the warm lobby. I don't think I've ever felt a colder hotel room in my life. I immediately came back out and asked why the rooms were so cold (no thermostat in living room or bedroom). She said she would "turn up the thermostat" She knew that wouldn't happen/help. It was soon obvious that the rooms are never heated. She then said there was a space heater in one of the closets. Seriously?? (The fireplace was non-functional).||||We turned the space heater on from that time (6 pm) and left it on all night, moving it from room to room depending on where we were at the time. Cute little place. We needed to check in around 7pm and it was very easy. Parking on site is minimal, but there is a lot nearby for overflow. The staircase is rather steep, being an older house. Also, the lights in the hallway are kept on all night, it comes in around the doorway and made it hard to sleep. A busy street is right outside, so it was noisy with traffic. The room we stayed in was just the right size for an overnight. We attended the local theater. **the bedroom fan did not work, so we had to open the window... traffic noise.
