Cinnaholic

This is our 2nd time here. The 1st time this young man was on the ball and we were able to build our bun... delicious 😋. Due to that amazing experience we were in the area and decided to stop in. Different person who barely mumbled a greeting. Well after we had decided on what we wanted she was mixing and then boxing some stuff, we assumed was an online order. Another couple came in, she did not greet them. Then she coughed in her hand, no gloves, placed the food in the box. We did not learn anything from COVID, so the wife and I just left in disgust. Poor hygiene and poor customer service lead to lost customers.

Cute place. Like a crumble cookie shop. Flavors always changing and you can creat your own custom cinnamon roll. I got the Campfire Brew myself and it was delicious! Would for sure return and recommend this place for a sweet treat!

Picked up a large catering order for a "build your own" cinnamon roll event at work, and it was an absolute HIT! My order was ready on time, first thing in the morning, everything I needed was provided. The cinnamon rolls were hot and fresh. Toppings were amazing - delicious frostings (cake batter and banana cream!) and my fruit toppings were fresh and delicious. My colleagues were blown away by the idea of a build your own cinnamon roll bar, and it was picked clean! Took some extras home to my family and they said it was the best cinnamon rolls they've ever had! 10/10 for both quality and service!

I really wanted to like this place, but the actual cinnamon roll is mid at best. It's not ooeyy, it's not gooey. It's bready with a hint of cinnamon dust. The flavors of frosting and the available toppings are amazing! You can create your own perfect roll or order one of the menu offerings. It's a really fun concept. I'm disappointed the rolls don't back it up. The service was great. The girl working was friendly and took her time explaining to me how it all works.

My wife and I had to try it.............Dayum a homerun... greeted as we entered, the place is very clean and oh boy, excellent..... we got berries and cinnamon apple... the Cinnamon apple tastes like a very good very sweet apple pie, delicious... the berries one knocked it out of the park...Fresh ingredients and will be back.. a little pricey but worth a once and a while treat. The selections are vast and you can create your own... will definitely be back to try the others... Tucson for a delicious sweet dessert a must try...and excellent service
