Cinnabon

My husband and I got cinnamon rolls from this place around 5 pm, and we both ended up in the ER around 3AM with food poisoning afterward. This was an awful experience, and I’m genuinely concerned about their food safety practices. I’ve considered contacting the health department because no one should have to go through this.

All Cinnabon's definitely do not maintain the same standards. I've been to this location twice and have ordered cinnabons with pecans. On both occasions only about 5-6 pecans are added to each cinnabon. Every other location is generous with their serving of toppings, not this place.

Customer service wasn’t the fastest but overall friendly, and the minis were really good

Customer service wasn't the fastest, but I'm expecting that every time I go there. Teen boy at the register was really polite and had great customer service skills.

I work at the mall .. went here today in the afternoon and asked if they do mall discount of employees who works at the mall .. the guy with brown short hair and a beard told me “I’m sorry it’s only online “ How is it that mall discounts are only online ? That’s so unfair because I have a friend who went to Cinnabon today and told me “just tell them where you work and they will hook you up” it’s not fair that they hooked him up and not me -.- how is it that to get the mall discount you need to purchase online ?doesn’t make any sense at all . If the owner is reading this please respond . As an employee at the mall as well .. let’s hope this isn’t going to be an issue for everyone if it is I’m sorry if it’s not then that worker wasn’t helpful helping my friend but not me what a shame 😑
