Vinh's Banh Mi and Cafe

Great, easy and delicious fast food. I think we found our Banh mi gem in Temecula. We didn't get to try any of the cold-cut banh mi, opting instead for the BBQ pork, chicken, egg breakfast and veggie mushroom. My favorite sandwich is the grilled BBQ chicken, while the wife really liked the veggie mushroom sandwich. She compared it to a Philly cheese sandwich but meatless. The bread and flavors of the pork and chicken were on par with the banh mi I've had in Vietnam. And I'm not 100% sure if they make their own mayo and butter, but it took the sandwich to another level. One thing I do know they make in-house is their bread, which was fresh and crispy yet soft and airy in the middle. Amazing looking food, easy menu to maneuver around on website. My family absolutely loves it and devours almost the entire thing in one sitting. I love the hand-made bread, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I would definitely order again and explore other options on the menu.

Wowie, these sandwiches are delicious! We ordered bbq pork, chicken, and an iced coffee on the side. They have BIG bread that is soft with crispy crust, lots of vegetables, tasty sauce, and top notch meats. Coffee was also tasty. Will be coming back again. THANK YOU!

Oh my goodness! Their Bahn mi was sooo good. Our group ordered the pork bbq. We thought we werent going to eat the entire sandwich since it was pretty big, but once you start eating it, you cannot stop. Its so addicting. It was nicely packaged and the food was so so fresh. The BREAD! You seriously have to try it. My mouth is watering as I write it. I cant wait to try a different sandwich 😋

I was really excited to see a new banh mi place pop up here in Temecula, and I was not disappointed! We got the grilled chicken banh mi, Vietnamese ham/egg banh mi, and a taro boba drink. The sandwiches were flavorful, the bread was so light and airy, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I'll definitely be back! It's run out of a house and it's all pick-up so just call or text your order to the number listed. Our food was ready in about 15 minutes, and we had the option to pay in cash or use Venmo (I used Venmo) Support local businesses! You may get awesome sandwiches!
