I asked if the buns on display were fresh. I was told yes but the taste said something different. Please start setting timers and follow them, these buns cost $6, respect the customers efforts, and watch the bottom line start increasing. One visit was enough for me.

the general manager of this location is incredibly unprofessional, and rude. i came in the other morning, just to witness him being rude to two of his employees, and cussing them out. that is not something you do in front of customers, nor at all. he shouldn’t be employed here, nor anywhere else. from what i heard, i believe his name is jeremiah, or something along those lines. i was truly stunned, and i hope that both employees are doing okay, and find somewhere else to work. this location is downright awful!

Wanted a cold brew macchiato regular size they gave me a hot one and when I said I wanted it cold she went through ice in it with the cup still hot. I work out in the heat in this weather in the sunlight all day long if I had drank that coffee, I would end up in the hospital by the end of today Instead of making me a new one that was cold they rolled their eyes and kind of smirked and kind of laughed behind the counter at me as I tried to make my coffee colder and then I proceeded to throw it into a trashcan right in front of them and they didn’t say anything to me. I come back in and staff is joking and laughing about me. I run my own business and if I was in charge of the staff, I would immediately terminate those two people behind the counter. Will never even go into this gas station ag

The staff is so rude. The cinnamon rolls are great but even still I wont be back due to the rudeness of your employees. I will be telling friends, family, and colleagues to do the same.

Terrible service. Terrible coffee. When I ordered a mocha I was asked “you want that iced?” So I said no actually I wanted it hot and she said ok. She made our drinks and set them on the counter. I picked mine up and instantly realized it was cold but took a sip to be sure. It tasted like cold milk straight from the fridge. When I told her it was cold she said “yeah. It’s a latte so I had to add milk to it”. I said I know but she cut me off and said she can’t use the steamer. So I asked her if I could have it iced and she remade it (tasted terrible). SHE KNEW IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE ME A HOT DRINK AND LET ME ORDER A HOT DRINK. Then she served me a cold drink in a hot drink cup as if I wouldn’t notice. Unbelievable! 🤬🤬🤬
