Applebee's Grill + Bar

I had a wonderful waitress named Chevelle. She did an amazing job! She was friendly, and polite. The food was delicious! The bartender Halsey also did a wonderful job, very friendly. Loved the service we got on Valentines Day.

Food is usually good. It always takes soooooo long for some reason to get your food weather you're the only one in the restaurant or its full. And forget about condiments if they didn't get brought when your food did, you'll be done by the time they deliver the steak sauce or ketchup. Staff is always nice when you can find them.

I had the Honey glazed bacon skillet and it was perfect. The right amount serving size and the flavors melded so well. A really great menu item. Service was spot on. Only thing I had to wait 15 minutes for my beer. Otherwise great

I placed an online order on Sunday, 23 November at 6:42 PM. The confirmation email stated my order would be ready by 7:00 PM. I arrived a little before that time, parked in the curbside pickup area, and called the number listed on the sign. No one answered. I called again with no answer. After several attempts to every number available, including the manager’s line, and receiving no response, I went inside through the pickup door. I stood inside for about ten minutes while multiple employees walked past without acknowledging me. I eventually returned to my car and went to the front entrance, where the hostess greeted me. She was very kind, took my name, and checked on my order. She let me know it would be a while but that they were working on it. A second employee also asked if I had been

$13 + tax for this?! This restaurant is scamming you. I ordered a grilled oriental chicken salad to go, and this is what I received. This is smaller than the half sized salads they used to offer. I have tiny hands (my 8 year old’s hands are as big as mine) and this salad is smaller than my hand. In total, there was about 6 pieces of lettuce and the rest of the salad was the filler cabbage, carrots and topping. At best, it’s a side salad and should come at a side salad price. I’ve ordered the same thing from another Applebee’s and the container was much bigger. Even IF this were a case of being out of larger boxes, use 2 or offer a discount and stop cheating your paying customers.
