Cinnabon

My wife snd i was at the mall and wanted a bun. It didn’t have alot of icing. The employee refused to add more icing when asked yet saying we would have to pay for it. Back in the day they use to put icing on the bun at no extra charge. Just completely poor service.

I’ve recently visited 2–3 different Cinnabon locations, hoping to find one closer to me that still delivered that classic, unforgettable Cinnabon taste — but unfortunately, they all fell short. Some were dry, others overly fluffy, and none truly captured what makes a real Cinnabon special: that soft, chewy texture, the perfectly spiced cinnamon layers, and the warm cream cheese icing that melts just right. But this location — the one inside Arundel Mills Mall — is absolutely perfect every single time. From the first bite to the last, it's everything you crave in a Cinnabon. The rolls are gooey and chewy with the perfect amount of cinnamon and frosting. You can tell care is put into every batch. It’s the nostalgic Cinnabon experience done

Love love love cinnabon. This one is fast and super nice. Food was hot and delicious. It's close to the movie theater too.

This Cinnabon location is one of the worst. The employees lack basic experience in handling transactions that involve using their app, coupons, gift cards, etc. - anything other than a cash transaction is problematic. Another thing is the sparse amount of frosting. They apply a very thin layer of frosting, prompting customers to request more so they can upcharge. I have no problem with charging more for extra. However, I don't consider it extra when there's barely anything there to begin with. I clearly enjoy Cinnabon products, although I'll save myself some aggravation in the future and avoid this location.
