Cinnabon

We arrived here today 12-24-24 at 3:30pm and the lady with glasses behind the counter was very rude. When she asked me what I would like and I said I wanted 4 ten counts of sweeties and she said NO i only have ten left and I said you can make more and she replied with no I don’t want to and I’m closing in half an hour. My fiancé stepped up and said I drive truck and pass through here the morning girls always make them fresh if there are not enough left and they only take 7-10 mins and she said again she didn’t want make any more and my fiancé said why not, and she just turned around went and grabbed the sweeties, slammed the door and slammed the pan on the counter and then shoved them in the oven and turned back to us and said ten minutes and then went to do what she wanted to do. Melissa who was working on 2/27/25 during the day shift when I needed to do some quick computer work was JUST AMAZING!! She was so friendly and amazing. She got me the best cinnamon roll out of the selection. She spoke with me while I did my work. She was knowledgeable on the area as I am traveling. This woman needs a raise or a promotion! Just something! She is just a great woman whom I am so glad I had the pleasure of being waited on by her!! And getting to meet her!! She has made me love WI even more!!

I love cinnabon! I love to pick them up while traveling. As I cross the nation I notice a big difference in price, display, & friendliness between locations. This location had very expensive cinnabon.

The smell was amazing and enticing. I ordered the Churro deal 2/5 and should have kept my money. They had obviously been sitting in the hot case for hours. Rock hard and cold. Being on the interstate I couldn't even go back to complain. Definitely won't be making that mistake again. I highly suggest if you do order something ask them for fresh or check it before you leave.

Everytime I stop here, I am greeted by the same employee..I believe his name is Jayden, he is always very sweet, helpful, and patient. Which nowadays isn't always the case! He is the reason I will definitely be back!
