Cinnabon

Been going to this location for over 15 years... The owner and his family are always very friendly usually. I've been using the app lately, taking advantage of rewards. Today there was a promo for a BOGO. I went up and I asked for two items and both he and his daughter just started laughing at me saying they can't use the coupon. I was completely confused They didn't explain anything and they just kept smiling and giggling and asked if I still wanted to get one roll without the coupon. Really weird and I've been supporting them for many years but I won't be back.

We went to get cinnamon rolls after a little hospital trip. We ordered four as there were four of us he got us a box and rang us up very quickly. We noticed the cinnamon rolls were not hot and fresh like in the case, which is what we asked for. He told us 1.99 more he would give us hot rolls. We will not be going back to this location again.

Do not buy the ones in the box. They are hard old and they have been sitting there for days. My husband and I tried to return it and they would not give me my money. When he finally return it they said that we could not buy from them again.

Me and my family just had a bad customer service experience with this location. We noticed earlier when we passed the stand other customers (white) were there selecting their items to purchase, the workers were bagging their food before transactions were made. Later before closing not long after we passed the stand. We decided to get a couple of cinnabons. As we told the worker what we wanted, she was about to box up the items we select. My family was getting the card out and was about to swipe it, Me and my husband notice a hesitation from the lady and she put the one of the items down due to another worker saying something to her in another language. I notice some tension So we decided to take our business elsewhere. I didn't like the service or the tention we was getting I felt it was

Ordered a 6 pack and a 4 pack. Drove an hour to get there. Paid $52!!! And was so excited to get them home and enjoy our favorite cinnamon rolls. Very stale. Hard and tasteless. Absolutely disgusted I wasted money on such horrible product!
