We usually love coming here. Today was not a great experience. We ordered through the drive thru and the kid taking our order was not only rude, but couldn't hear us because he was wearing headphones. Because of this 2 out of 3 items were incorrect. If you're going to be taking people's orders, you shouldn't be wearing headphones.

Stopped at drive thru for pick up for family event 8:25 pm asked for 2 qts turtle something. 5 young workers all standing around and on phones killing time. After several minutes they laughed and said they ran out. Then said not available in quarts, then we asked for 1 hand dipped, they checked again and said they were almost out and count sell it. Almost closed, 32*, no one else in line. Pretty pathetic and service was a joke. Tuesday Nov 11.

Never miss this spot ever. We live in Sugar Hill, Ga. Remember this spot as a younger person, and now sharing with our children.

The prices here have become ridiculous. I purchased a turtle sundae that was over $7. I received a 12 oz cup that hardly had enough custard in it to withstand the heat of the hot fudge or caramel poured on top of it. I ended up with a melted unenjoyable mess. You're basically paying more and getting less custard than you used to. There are too many dessert places around this area to settle for overpriced custard.
