Cinnabon

If you're a cinnamon roll lover, then this place is an absolute must-try. I ordered their classic cinnamon roll, which I believe was priced at $6.20. It was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of cinnamon flavors. The roll was freshly baked and served hot, adding to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed every bite of this delightful treat, as it was both satisfyingly filling and well worth the price.

Emma and Mason had thee worst customer service I've experienced at any Cinnabon location. I made a purchase, but forgot to scan my rewards app for my freebie. Upon returning, literally 6 minutes later with receipt in hand , I was told I had to make ANOTHER purchase in order to redeem my freebie. I would suggest additional training on customer service, as it was very underwhelming.

Cinnamon rolls are obviously good but they seriously dink around so much behind the counter, so much. You wait in line for much longer than you need to, the staff acts like your an inconvenience that your day by making sure the company makes money and they get a pay check.

I havent been to a cinnabon in so long and had a craving for a cinnabon and got here ordered a center cinnabon ..got it to go and got home ..what they consider a "center" cinnabon is a regular cinnabon all bunched up together in a cup..side pieces were in the cup as well and they were hard and I only wanted the middle part of a cinnabon cause its soft and gooey, however I didn't get that ..then I noticed they hardly put any frosting on the cinnamon rolls which they seem to do on purpose to get ppl to spend an extra dollar for extra frosting ..there was hardly no frosting on the cinnamon roll, it didn't taste fresh and was kinda hard ..

Got a free small iced coffee. The cashier’s choice of flavor was very good. Light ice so no brain freeze - and more coffee.
