Cinemark Sunrise Mall and XD

Isaac has to be the BEST Cinemark employee/ member ever!!! We went this past weekend and with all of our hands full of munchies, he offered to help with our popcorn bucket. I have never seen someone go beyond my expectations until we were exceptionally serviced by Isaac. Great personality and very welcoming. EXCEPTIONAL customer service, thank you ISAAC. If I could give you more stars, I would! Thanks again!!

After 15 years of coming to this place, I can only say good things. Even though there is a decline in malls across the country, this place thrives! People are here at all times. The food court has plenty of selection. The Chinese and Pizza are my favs! Tru Frulatti, the smoothies there rock! There's a Cinema inside and man, even after all this time, it's really not in bad shape. They're getting new seats installed soon! There's an arcade in the cinema with plenty of games. The variety in stores is pretty awesome. From clothes to shoes, candies, plushies, video games, and much more! Just walk around and you'll find something for everyone. There's even stuff for kids to do! Highly recommend bringing them here to blow off some steam. Even in the hot summer, the AC is always blasting. A M

My show was in theater 12, which isn't very big, but the screen was large enough, the sound system was great and the air temperature was comfortable. The seats are amazing! Quite wide, fully reclining, heated and with drink holder and rotating table. They would not be good for cuddling though as the armrests are wide and stationary due to controls. Although the row and seat numbers are clearly visible, some people sat in the wrong seats, which caused some disruption/inconvenience.

Very nice and clean with the upgrade its so comfy and awesome to watch movies at Cinemark. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always a great experience at this theater! The seats are super comfortable, the sound and picture quality are crystal clear, and the staff is friendly and helpful every time I visit. The place is clean, organized, and easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking nearby. It’s one of the best spots to catch a movie in the area — I’ll definitely keep coming back!
