Purchased some equipment and supplies from them and also had them come out for a couple installations. DJ Josh and Rick are some great guys and were very helpful. Definitely recommend working with them.

I called sent pictures to see if any of the equipment i had they could use no one responded. So when I called to follow up they told me sorry but if we don't respond that means we don't need your business I was offended and thought that was bad I wouldn't have wasted my time in the first place had I known so no more calls to them they probably won't even respond to you if I doesn't benefit them. I just feel like a call to say hey we can't help you or at least respond to the email that I was told to send.

Bought 2 machines...slushie machine and was missing a part. The other one never got delivered. I tried to schedule a delivery but they only delivery whenever they want and will call you 30 mins before. Since I tried to schedule a delivery over the phone, but the guy told me to come get a refund and hung up. Really bad customer service, would not recommend.

Zero, if it were possible. There is a dog the store that has rushed me twice and bit me today. The staff watched the whole thing happen and did nothing, even denying that i was bitten in the first place. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

The employees are always very helpful! They work to find what what you need and delivery is also an option. We really appreciate working with this company.
