Cilantros Mexican Restaurant

So seriously, what's going on with Cilantros??? The salsa tastes like ketchup, the nachos came with no tomatoes and when I asked for the manager the waitresses hid in the kitchen and called someone to tell on me, lol. I think it's time to just give on Cilantros once and for all. Sad really. I should have known when no one else was eating there at lunch time. PLEASE! Would someone open a decent Mexican restaurant in Claxton with pricing for the working class?!?!?

I ordered a Texas baked potato with steak and shrimp and I also stated that I was allergic to shrimp and didn’t want shrimp. Fast forward I didn’t eat my food or look at it til hours later and when I looked at it guess what I had shrimp on my meal. So I called they told me to bring it back and they will give me another one once arriving the girl looked at my food and took it to the back and told me to come back in 15 mins as I was leaving the manager came to my car and said they couldn’t give me another one and was so rude about it and also said they had changed shift and the girl was no longer at work that took my order. He the manager told me I can take my food and I said why would I do that when yall have repeatedly opened the plate. Just keep it. I will never visit this spot again they

We are locals- but typically avoid this place based on high prices and mediocre food- tonight we gave it a try (for the second time in about a year.) Food was okay. A fountain drink cost $3.99. If you add an order to "take home" while you're dining in, they charge you a "to-go" fee! When I asked about the fee- the man at the cash register told me "you have to pay for the bag and stuff." Mind you, we sat and ate IN THE RESTAURANT - simply had one order placed in a box for us to take him for a family member who couldn't join us. Poor explanation of charges is what made me frustrated- will NOT be back.

Excellent food and service. It is not too spicy, but more daring than what I can make at home. I like their specials, especially the Texas broccoli and rice. The place could use more TVs.

We absolutely loved the food over there. The menu is very diverse and they have plenty of great options, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was also great, very friendly and smiley staff. It’s probably not the most delicious Mexican food I had in my life, but it’s still so good and highly recommended. They also have a full bar.
