Church's Texas Chicken

First time visit. It's been probably 20 years since I've been to a Church's and back then it wasn't called Texas chicken. Going through the drive thru, the order taker and I had a hard time hearing each other so she said pull up to the window. I did that but then they didn't have a menu board to order from. I ended up getting chicken strips, fries and a biscuit with no drink but it was more expensive than if I were to have ordered the combo meal with a drink. They also give a military discount (thank you) but I didn't know until after the order was placed unfortunately. The order taker at the window was very friendly. Chicken breast were full of filler. Absolutely horrible. Service was good but I couldn't even eat the chicken when the white goop was all in it. I took a photo of it.

The service was magnificently and the food the chicken was delicious I have never been to a Church's Chicken and I was giving so much courtesy. Thank you dearly. Still the same the chicken was absolutely delicious.

First of all, I paid for corn and they didn't out it in my bag, mashed potatoes tasted awful and when I tried to go on their feedback page they don't have a restaurant locator number on the recipe to leave feedback for that restaurant, I went to the one in Fort valley, GA. I attempted to call the phone number and it goes directly to a voice-mail that has no space to leave a message and the chicken tasted way to greasy. Highly disappointed and I can't even call the restaurant to complain because the answering service has no space smh.

The food is immaculate but there’s not one nice or polite person in the building. It’s shameful tbh because the food is so good.
