Hidden gem!! I enjoy the Pub every time I go, it never fails me. The staff is always friendly and food is fresh. My favorite is the variety of cheesecakes, they’re yummy!
First time eating here, we really enjoyed our meal. I got the pimento cheese bacon burger on Pretzel roll. My wife got the Boars Head turkey rueben. Our food got out quick, my burger was the hottest I've ever been served. They serve it with a fork and knife for a reason. There is a variety of homemade desserts, so we got the banana split cheese cake. There are four different seating areas that include two outside. We went after the lunch rush. About $15 each, and we left full. Had to update, I would have taken a picture of the cheesecake, but it we didn't make it that far. Banana split cheesecake, where have you been all my life?
Great little restaurant. Loved the French dip sandwich! So delicious. Another delicious sandwich choice is their tidewater sandwich. I do recommend having it on a croissant.
Always good food & service here. We usually get the same waitress Kendel. She is wonderful. Reasonable prices.
Neat pub and grill in historic downtown Swansboro. The historic part is fitting since we ate lunch there during PirateFest! Some of the inside ambience is almost ruined by large screen TVs but I guess there is no escaping those these days. My wife and I both got sandwiches (Grilled Reuban and a Grilled Turkey). Even though there was a crowd from the event happening that day the service was fast, the food came out hot and was very good.
