I have been to Chubby's three times now. The first time I had their chicken sandwich with fries and I had them add Cajun seasoning to the fries. That was absolutely the best sandwich and fries I have had a long time. The second time I had the chicken sandwich with the same fries. Both times the chicken was tender the breading on the chicken was flavorful and the fries were again most wonderful with the Cajun seasoning. The third time I had the brisket. And I want to tell you that brisket was the best I had ever had. The Smoky flavor was out of this world. We ordered to go a half a chicken and it was so tender so moist and absolutely mouth-watering.
