Food was amazing, but unfortunately the service completely ruined my experience. I ordered margaritas with Don Julio shots, and I personally observed the bartender pour Jose Cuervo instead. At first, I stayed quiet because I thought maybe the drink was for someone else — but it wasn’t. I was served the cheaper liquor after specifically ordering top shelf. Mind you, you never expect those drinks to be apart of happy hour because they are not! Since I wasn’t about to pay top-shelf prices for something different, I calmly asked whether the drink was part of happy hour (which is usually listed as 3–7 online). That’s when the server told me, “Oh no baby, that’s top shelf.” At that point, I lost my patience — not because of a mistake, but because of the dishonesty. Instead of simply apologizing

Update Edit 2025: Unfortunately this plane has now become more of a drinking spot and food is smaller portion/ tastes frozen and so pricey. Food and vibe have changed considerably. We no longer go there. Original review: Stopped by this evening with my husband and son and had the best authentic boricua style food aside from my in-law’s cooking ! So hard to find Puerto Rican restaurants anywhere and we are so lucky to have our very own here in Ozone Park. For apps, we ordered the alcapurrias which had a generous amount of perfectly seasoned ground beef. They were nice and thinly crisped on the outside, the way a fritter should be, and actual plantain flavor similar to banana leaf from a pastele which could be tasted throughout. Yum! Next up, bacalaitos. They were great. Light, fluffy an

Oh my God!!!! It is heaven. The food is amazing, along with the music and ambiance. This spot definitely does not disappoint! The waitress Keely was very kind. I highly recommend adding it to your bucket list!!!! Just can't say enough about this place.

Loved this spot! I came here on a Tuesday night and it was empty but I liked it like that! Music was great and everything was great. I loved their food and their white sangria! I can’t wait to go back to try more of their dishes and go on a weekend when I can party with the regulars!

Kelly was incredible and so damn adorable! Probably the best service we have had in a long time! We plan on coming here as often just for the service and now the food. We usually go to PR a few times a year but this year was different. We only went once, but man, the rice and the beans the flavor!!! The fried cheese with guava! The drinks.. everything about this place hit the spot!!! Ant wait to go back! Thank you Kelly!!!!!
