My Mother's Place

This place is amazing. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it’s still just as good as ever. The people who work here are always so kind, friendly, and genuine. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome every time. It’s never really busy, which honestly surprises me because the place deserves way more attention. Usually there are only a few people there at a time and I always wish more people would go to support them because they truly deserve it. The Italian ices taste incredible, smooth, flavorful, and refreshing. They also have ice cream, snacks, and fresh baked cookies that are always so good. It’s one of those small local spots that feels special, the kind of place you want to keep going back to.

Quite possibly the best budget friendly place in Queens, maybe even the whole city. In a world and society where food and accommodations tend to rinse your wallet completely dry like a sponge, there's at least one place where you can get a decent icee for under $5 and some food for under $10. My budget has been relatively tight so I've been relying on this place just for something light on the wallet to eat and this place has been very reliable. This corner spot has more flavors of ice cream and icees than Baskin Robbins and the Hot Dogs as well as the burgers here are delish and give off a homemade type of feel that is a contrast from your typical fast food burger. The ladies behind the counter are very welcoming and helpful. This has been my small haven for at least once or twice a week

I recently moved from New York but this is my go to place every day after church and it’s the best icy spot in New York this is for those who never been here Im crying cuz I moved😭

Food is very good the hot dogs are great and knish is great next time I'll try there ices an ice cream many flavors to choose from
