Best BBQ place I know of in New Jersey. The rural setting and rustic atmosphere add to the experience. The brisket dinner is the best entree I've tried here so far. The ribs are also great.

To start, the brisket was juicy and flavorful. The ribs were amazing, you could really taste the smoke on your tongue. The miniature cornbread was a nice surprising treat as well. We also had the Mac and cheese which was also delicious and combined with the sweet stickiness of the beans and garlicky delicious string beans, this place hits it out of the park. Certainly worth the drive, and the food held very well for a half hour drive back home, so don’t be afraid to grab and go. Also if you’re in a rush, service was pleasant, and quick too. Pricing was more than reasonable, and you does not sacrifice quality or flavor. Haven’t had BBQ like this since South Carolina.

Let me tell you something, you will definitely want to go back! My boyfriend and I were driving around the area and he randomly said “Do you want some BBQ?”. Excellent service, delicious food. we order cornbread and pork belly burnt ends, to eat in our way back home. When we were leaving Ray asked us if that was our first time there, we said yes and He immediately offer us “a bone of ribs” for free. The ribs were amazing, soft, full of flavor and tender and juicy. We are planning to go back there soon.

The best barbecue this side of the Mississippi!! The pitmaster is a true professional. This place really knows how to make everything taste excellent. The smoking process really adds a nice touch to the whole taste. They are very friendly, they serve you quickly, the portions are very adequate and I tell you make sure you stop there you will not be sorry. Get the brisket as it is off the chain and the sides are completely amazing. Don't forget the cornbread.

Delicious barbecue! Love their Mac and cheese! Ribs and chicken are cooked to perfection. Friendly cashier and servers. I enjoy this place on a nice sunny day with their lively music outdoors.
