We had a great experience here. It was perfect for a date night out. Appetizers were delicious. We got the stuffed zucchini blossoms and French onion soup. Loved them both. We each had a drink and they were great. Service was excellent, food came out pretty quick. Entrees were so so. My boyfriend’s steak wasn’t the best- it wasn’t very tender and it was clear it wasn’t the best cut of meat - flavor was decent but meat quality wasn’t there. I had cordon bleu - it was decent. Veggies served with the entrees were delicious. Will we be back? Yes. Will we try different entrees next time - absolutely. Ambience was very nice and definitely does not give off college campus vibes even though that’s where it is located. We had a great server and have nothing but good things to say about the service.
We just finished celebrating a Birthday dinner there tonight. Paul our Server was phenomenal, attentive, accommodating, great sense of humor. The 8oz filet was cooked to perfection, prime ribeye was generous, house salad was HUGE. French onion soup is delicious, desserts are beautiful and made on site. Everything was delicious and flavorful as we are quite a picky foodie couple. We enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this fabulous place!
Small little place inside of PCC. Cute patio area. Heaters available. Wait staff was very nice. Food was very good. We recommend the lobster tail & the bloody marys, definitely. Steak was good. Au gratin potatoes were cheesy and delicious. We will definitely return during warmer weather.
Pleasant surprise after a long day at an event on PCC campus! Great patio area with firepits, couches and a view of the campus park area.. I had the baked redfish, my wife had the filet. Both perfectly cooked. The indoor area looked very nice too with a nice bar. Our server Ryan was awesome, he's a keeper. Get the bread and honey truffle butter for an appetizer. We didn't have room for dessert. Maybe next time. Definitely a do-over.
Our experience at Chop was wonderful. Our sever, April, was appropriately attentive and gave helpful recommendations. As a blue steak enjoyer, this is the first restaurant in Pueblo that has delivered me a truly blue steak. Between the delicious and bold cocktails and the quality of the steak, I didn't realize until more than halfway through dinner that I had been using the butter knife on my steak with no problem; that's how tender it was. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant for both the food and the atmosphere, certainly my new favorite establishment.
