Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle and hate to leave a bad review but this location is one of the worst restaurants I’ve seen. Similarly to what others have mentioned, the lobby, tables, and drink station never gets cleaned. I understand that this is a busy location but that only further proves that the company should have the money to pay additional employees and to sweep the floor, wipe tables, and empty the trash. I don’t blame the overworked employees, I think management needs hire more people to get this location clean. If this is how the front of the restaurant looks, it makes me worry about overall cleanliness and what the parts of the restaurant we can’t see look like 😬

This is the best chipotle around, I am from a neighboring town with a chipotle but choose to drive to this one because it is always clean- it is managed very well. Much better than surrounding chipotles. This makes the food much more consistent as well. You can tell a hard working crew by the consistently great experiences I always have here even over the years as the team has changed.

Walked in today around 3 too a loud restaurant with employees in the back having a jolly good time. Taking forever to serve people. Then when I get closer to the counter the first thing I noticed was how disgusting the counter was meat everywhere bean juice. Any ingredient chipotle had was all over the counter. Then next thing everything was out. Steak,chicken,pico. If they weren’t spending so much time talking it would not look like that. Worst part was when the lady came to restock the steak and she uses the serving spoon to scrape meat and beans that were on the counter into the fresh thing of steak and then plopped the spoon right in there with it. Serving size was awful felt like I ordered a chipotle kids sized bowl. Very disappointing

I've been looking for a number to call the manager to rave about the service here today. Everyone was exceptional. They were so professional, quick. I almost left due to how busy it was but the line was so quick and the communication between everyone while cooking, serving and needing replacement food was impressive!! Kudos to everyone on today. Tipped to show appreciation!!

Kyra & Abbey & Frantzcy are the absolute best I travel a long way just to visit this location their always in a great mood and ready to serve their clients I love Westwood location because of them.
