I have been to this location countless times because I live nearby. For whatever reason the food is never ever ready. It doesn’t matter the time of day. Meat is never ready. All of the other toppings are barely full either. It’s so odd. Why are they always out of everything? No apologizing ever happens either. This can’t be the new normal for Chipotle.

I love Chipotle, but not this location. I’ve given numerous chances to this location in particular in hopes that it was just initial opening struggles, but given that’s it’s been several months since they first opened, I have seen little to no improvement in quality of service and food. Consistently, the portions are measly and underwhelming. The food is cold. Every time I’ve ordered the fajita veggies, I find charred pieces in my food (see picture). Not only is this gross, but also health concerning. This can’t be up to code. The employees are nice, which I appreciate. I understand the food industry is a struggle and understaffing is common these days. I just hope the quality and food improves.

Update: we still haven’t given this place another chance despite living just down the road. So if anyone has seen better (since they were only open a few weeks when I first wrote this), let me know! January 2024 SKIP!! Not worth quality, quantity, price, or wait! Ordered online at 5:50pm on a Saturday. Thought it would be busy since it’s new. Well, my family and I got there at 6:10 (when they said our food would be ready). Well there were about 10 other people waiting for their to-go orders. That’s fine. We can wait a couple minutes. At 6:30 we asked (not a lot of those people had left yet). They said they received our order but it wasn’t done yet. That’s fine. Maybe short staffed? (Shouldn’t be on a Saturday night when they are new). Anyway, we sat and watched at least twenty people com

My family and I have been huge fans of Chipotle for a long time. This location is consistently disappointing. Tonight was probably the worst it’s been and has forced me to take my business to another location. While those working there are always very kind and helpful the food lacks the quality that I’ve been so used to from Chipotle. The steak in my bowl and my husband’s was more gristle and fat than actual meat. The Guac was brown and old. And the chips that are “made fresh everyday” weren’t crispy, and tasted like they were reseasoned to cover up the staleness. $80 for fatty meat, brown Guac, and stale chips is unbelievable. It’s clear that the management doesn’t care about quality and freshness. If they did the issues would be fixed instead of review after review stating the same exper

Never had Chipotle before and decided to try it, but it makes sense why they are currently only at a 3 star. I spend 12.05 before tax for a "buritto" that literally fits in the palm of my hand. My wife said the chicken in her bowl is super dry and unappetizing. She had to add a bunch of sour cream at home to eat it. If you haven't eaten here before, don't. You're not missing out.
