Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s chipotle so it’s a hit or miss but this location is pretty good, they always have rewards and points for free guacamole, or chips. There’s also plenty of tables if you want to dine in.

This has to be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Waited at counter for staff to even acknowledge I was there. The store was not busy (8pm on a Tuesday) but the place was an absolute mess. Eventually a staff member did come to take the order at the counter. Unfortunately they were out of chicken, out of corn, low on everything else, the chips were stale, and at the register I was advised “we don't have any ice, your okay with that right?” No actually when I order iced tea I would like ICED tea. When asked if they had ice was told no they didn't "...but Jersey Mikes next door did...". Very helpful but lame! They said it has been not working for a long time at the shop and it is a broken part that hasn't been replaced. From what I can see; This place has been steadily going do

Rude staff and laughably small portions. The employees acted like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering zero friendliness or basic customer service. It honestly felt like they were irritated that I was speaking English, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, the portion size was a joke for the price barely any chicken and skimpy sides. If you’re going to charge me, at least treat customers with basic respect. Won’t be back.

Disgusting guac, a freezing oily quesadilla, and the smallest portion of chips I’ve ever seen. Everything was gross. Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. I feel like I just doordashed myself food poisoning.

Probably the worst Chipotle experience I have had in a while. The good parts is the inside seating area being adequate for what it is suited for. And the food looked freshly stocked. It’s quiet on the inside but thats where it stopped The bad: Every other chipotle i have been to has both given me a free cup for water as well as an extra salsa on the side when I order chips. Here, they charged me, the cup was $3.68 for a fountain cup because supposedly they didn’t have cups for tap water. And as well when I asked for an extra medium salsa they only gave me one medium salsa with no explanation. I am unsure if I will return but this visit seemed like a ripoff of my money
