Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle is one of the dirtiest I’ve ever been to. When they pour rice, some falls off and they just put it back in the container. They really need to clean up the store. The trash cans are always overflowing.

Dirty!!! bathrooms are disgusting imagine what’s behind the counter!! The soap was empty and had a petri dish below soap and sanitizer doesn’t really feel appetizing Or maybe this is how they decorate for Halloween? Either way this is where the employees wash their hands before serving you

I travel for my job, so I've eaten Chipotle from South Florida, where my home is, to New York City and across the country to L.A. and everywhere in between. It's basically a comfort food for me. I chose Chipotle for the quality above everything else but also the value and consistency. With that being said, without exaggerating this had to be the lowest quality meal that I've ever had from Chipotle. I personally ordered a steak bowl, it's my order 80% of the time and consistency across all Chipotle locations has me so that I can taste of they put the wrong salsa on my bowl. This bowl tasted a bit off from the first bite. The steak was like rubber when it is always tender, as if it was microwaved. And I found the heal from the head of romaine lettuce in my bowl as well. Wow. This spot reminds me of Chipotle 10 years ago. Quality ingredients, generous portions, clean. Outdoor seating was a treat! A must stop for Chipotle aficionados.

Worst burrito I have ever had and it was $15! Absolutely unacceptable, unfriendly staff, and very stingy on everything but the rice.
